The largest LEGO® travel store in the Americas is now open at Philadelphia International Airport

PHILADELPHIA — Nov. 25, 2025 — A new LEGO® Store has opened at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) today at 10 a.m. It will be the celebrated Danish brickmaker’s largest travel location in the Americas region.
The iconic brand’s new Philly outpost is approximately 1,000 square feet and found in PHL’s B/C Connector. The LEGO Store at Philly’s airport promises an interactive retail moment that sparks imagination, builds memories and enhances the passenger’s journey.
A permanent Philadelphia LEGO Mummer sculpture composed entirely of LEGO bricks will be unveiled at the grand opening. As with all LEGO stores, the Philadelphia location will feature a unique LEGO model or element — this one celebrating the city’s iconic Mummer tradition.
Another exclusive unlocked: a first-ever LEGO® Passport stamp for the Philadelphia International Airport store will be available on site. Fans of the brand travel to LEGO stores globally and collect the unique stamps offered at certified locations. LEGO Passport booklets are free and will be provided to PHL shoppers, as well as gifts with purchase for grand opening.
The LEGO Store at PHL will offer engaging experiences for children, adults and collectors of all ages across all LEGO themes and passion points. Travelers will have fun building bricks at the play table and perusing the latest and best-selling LEGO sets — from mega movie franchises such as Star Wars™, Harry Potter™ and DC Batman™ to LEGO City, travel-friendly exclusives, holiday, minifigures, collectible merchandise and more.
The LEGO brand’s popularity and presence at PHL are well established. A full-scale Liberty Bell meticulously built from LEGO bricks has been on display for over a decade in Terminal A-West. It’s among the airport’s most snapped selfie stations. For on-the-fly shoppers, PHL currently has three automated LEGO vending machines located in Concourses A, D and E. Those highly successful vending locations are self-serve and operated by Prepango, a nationwide automated retail operator.
“We are excited to welcome the LEGO airport store to Philadelphia International Airport and congratulate our partner Airport Retail Stores on the official opening. We celebrate that this store is our largest travel store in the Americas, and we are pleased to have the opportunity to offer the passengers of Philadelphia International Airport a fun and memorable experience in the LEGO store. Our mission is to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow and this fantastic LEGO store offers an immersive brand experience that allows Philadelphia travelers to engage with our brand,” said Annette Rosendahl, Head of Travel Retail Expansion for The LEGO Group.
Building on Success: The LEGO-Verse at PHL Expands
“The three existing automated vending machines that feature LEGO products are restocked constantly,” said Mel Hannah, Vice President and General Manager of MarketPlace PHL. “It’s a testament to the LEGO brand’s enduring multi-generational loyalty combined with the powerful and growing volume of passenger traffic at PHL.”
