Our partner shopping center owners and management companies are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
Registration
In several places on this web site, users are asked to input personal information. In some cases this is when registration for a customer loyalty program occurs, and in other cases when a user requests information to be returned for shopper requests, mall help, etc. This information may be used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Any demographic information (such as income level and gender), and unique identifiers (such as social security number), are optional, but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site. If you are registering for a kids club program, please also review the section on “Children’s Privacy” below.
Website Orders
If this website includes the ability for you to place an order, we will request certain information from the user on our order form, including contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill orders placed on this website. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. For example, the user will not be able to participate in any of our Sweepstakes, Contests or monthly Drawings that take place. Log Files

Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. We will not provide this information to any outside companies other than the partner shopping center owner or manager, nor are email addresses we store shared with or sold to third parties.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us.
Choice/Opt-out
Our users are given the opportunity to “opt-out” of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. For example, our order form has an “opt-out” mechanism so users who buy a product from us, but don’t want any marketing material, can keep their email address off of our lists.

Children’s Privacy
The general shopping center website is not intended for nor targeted to children. However, our kids club program does have information and activities for children under the age of 13. Because of this, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) with regard to personal information collected online from children under 13.
- Information Collected:
We respect the privacy of children, and do not collect any more personal information than reasonably necessary to enable them to participate in the activities we offer at our Website. In order to join the kids club program, the only information you are required to enter about your child is the child’s first name and birthdate. However, we also require that the child’s parent enter the parent’s name, mailing address, and email address in order to join our kids club, and some of this information is likely to be the same as that of the applicable child. - Sharing of Children’s Information:
Please note that parents may consent to the above collection and use without necessarily consenting to the disclosure of personal information to third parties, and that the information collected from or regarding children under the age of 13 is accessible to only Mallfinder Network and our partner shopping center owner or management company, and will be shared only with those who provide support for the internal operations of the Website and our agents (e.g., contractors who provide fulfillment services or technical support to the Website).
All third parties with whom we share information have agreed to maintain security and integrity of personal information. We do not have any agreements with outside organizations to collect personal information at our site.
- Use of Children’s Information:
The information we collect from or about children on our website is used to allow kids to access games and activities on our kids club program website, and to send newsletters or other information regarding our kids club program to kids via U.S. mail and email to the mailing and email addresses provided by the parent. - Modifying or Deleting Children’s Information:
Parents can review the information that we have collected from their children online, prevent the further use or maintenance of such information, or direct the deletion of their children’s personal information by calling, emailing, or writing to us using the contact information provided below.
