PHILADELPHIA — Aug. 30, 2022 — Travelers will have even more dining options to choose from at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) as PHL Food & Shops welcomes a second location of Chick-fil-A in Terminal E and the reopening of Bud & Marilyn’s in Terminal C. These eateries join the robust roster of more than 170 eateries, retail shops and services at PHL.
For more than 70 years, Chick-fil-A has been serving up delicious chicken sandwiches, fries, sweets and other menu items. Known for its legendary chicken sandwich, Chick-fil-A is committed to providing guests with a family-friendly experience, signature recipes, premium ingredients and a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A. This quick-service option offers passengers quality meals on the go.
Created by chef Marcie Turney and business partner Valerie Safran, Bud & Marilyn’s is a celebration of American classics and focuses on simple, well-prepared comfort foods. With 20 years in the restaurant business, Turney decided to open a restaurant that touched home for her, an ode of sorts to her grandparents’ popular but now-closed restaurant that she grew up in; thus, she named it after them. Bringing this concept to PHL provides the full‐service restaurant that travelers need, while offering chef-prepared classics at an affordable cost.
