This event will take place on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at the Philadelphia Airport.

Please complete the application below to be considered. Space is limited. Submissions will be reviewed based on
business readiness to support airport-scale sourcing and services.

Important Deadlines:

• All applications are due by 5 pm, Friday, September 26^th, 2025.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Business must be based in the Greater Philadelphia region (PA, NJ, DE preferred).
• Must offer a product relevant to food & beverage or retail product categories.
• Must be able to fulfill airport commercial-level orders (volume, lead times, reliability).
• Products must be retail-ready with professional packaging, labeling, and barcoding.
• Services must be business-to-business in nature and relevant to concession operations.
• Must be a legally operating entity in good standing.

Preferred (not required):

• Experience with airports, large venues, or wholesale accounts.
• ACDBE, MBE, WBE, SBE, or other diversity certification (or in progress).
• Ability to provide samples or portfolio upon request.
