Are you a reliable, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of order and a passion for maintaining safety and structure in dynamic environments? PHL Food & Shops is looking for a Security Officer to join our Operations team and help support one of the nation’s leading airport concessions programs at Philadelphia International Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, log, and clear food and retail deliveries in accordance with established procedures.
- Escort authorized vendors on the airfield using a company vehicle, following airport regulations.
- Maintain clean, safe, and secure loading and storage areas across the program.
- Conduct regular inspections of designated areas and report any safety concerns or hazards.
- Operate and maintain a company vehicle, including daily usage logs and fueling requirements.
- Provide occasional after-hours or overtime escort services as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to follow standardized procedures consistently.
- 2+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field preferred.
- Strong ability to remain professional and composed in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with the public and internal stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
