Philadelphia International Airport | Part-Time | Various Shifts
PHL Food & Shops is the award-winning concessions program inside Philadelphia International Airport, featuring over 170 food and retail locations. Our Seasonal Gift Wrappers will wrap gifts for passengers and employees inside the Philadelphia International Airport during the Free Gift-Wrapping program for the holiday season.
The gift wrap booth begins operation on December 1st and ends operation on December 24th.
The booth operates 7 days a week 7 am – 9pm with flexible shift options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a seasonal employee wrapping gifts for passengers and employees
- Greet, assist, and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean workstation each shift
- Assist team members as needed
- Update gift wrap log and gift with purchase log daily
Shifts Needed:
- Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 9pm, shift start/end times are flexible.
- Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 7am and 9pm, shift start/end times are flexible.
Requirements:
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Retail experience is preferred, but not required
- Great communication skills, ability to assist customers in a professional manner,
and must be a team player - Pay close attention to details, aesthetics, and enjoy gift wrapping
Compensation:
- $18.54/hour
